That being said, the designers were able to keep the dial uncluttered, leading to the perfect balance. If the case was any larger it would no longer be a dress watch like the designers intended. The movement, unlike the case, is the round Calibre 37-02. It is a column-wheel chronograph with a flyback function, 65 jewels, 70 hours power reserve, and 28,800BPH.
